We are committed on protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers.
Customers’ records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our suppliers.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified prior to the tour and you can change to an alternative date for free of charge or if cancelled by the tour operator we will offer a full refund.
Cancellation of booking must be confirmed by call at 1800H the day before the tour date, we charge 50% of the full payment. If you cancel after 1800H the day before your tour date, we will be charging 100% of the full payment as a cancellation fee.
You can change the date of your tour by call at 1800H the day before your tour date and will be subjected to availability for free of charge.
An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you at the Reception area. If you will not be able to locate the driver, please inform the reception staff at your hotel and contact this number 081 415 3549. After the tour, you will be returned to your hotel by minibus.
Please call if the pick-up bus does not arrive at your hotel within 15 minutes of the designated time show on the voucher. Please call 081 415 3549 and will give you an updated information.
Due to inclement weather and or other unforeseen circumstances, contents of scheduled activities may subject to change.
The schedule time provided are given as estimate. There is a possibility that the order of activities or the estimated times may vary.
Pick up times for tours depend on the number of groups participating from different hotels. Mixed group tours where multiple hotel pick up stops are required and may result in a slight delay in pick up schedule proposed at or for your hotel.
In the unusual occasion where the tour needs to be cancelled on the day due to the weather conditions or other circumstances, we will notify you at the earliest possibility. Our tours are almost always carried out as scheduled even in non-optimal weather conditions. As such, individual cancellations requested due to weather conditions will be charged. Upon request, however, we do provide alternative days (next day or the day after the scheduled date) for the original tour booked.
Requests for scheduling, rebooking or date change can be made by contacting our office staff. Rebooking tours on the day for early tours, please contact our local staff at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure. Tours scheduled after 0900H must be changed at least two hours prior to scheduled departure.
