We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company will only use any information collected from individual customers on a work-related, need to know basis.
Customers’ records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our suppliers.
In general, our tours operate rain or shine. In the unusual occasion where the tour needs to be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances, we will notify you either the late evening before or the early morning of your trip. You can either reschedule to a different date (free of charge) or receive a full refund of whatever you have already paid. Our tours are almost always carried out as scheduled even in non-optimal weather conditions. As such, individual cancellations requested due to intimidating, but safe weather conditions will be 100% charged. Rescheduling requests for days of safe but intimidating weather, can be done free of charge to a different day as long as we are informed at least the day before.
Any trip cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip date will receive no refund. Any trip cancellations made at least 24 hours or more of the scheduled trip date may receive a full refund of whatever they have paid.
Any cancellations made after 11:00PM the night before your trip date through the time of your accommodation pick up will receive no refund.
Any rescheduling requests received by 10:00PM the night before your scheduled trip date will be free or charge, but subject to availability. Any rescheduling requests received after 10:00PM the night before your scheduled trip date will not be accepted and not receive a refund of the original date booked. If you still want to come on the tour for a different date, you will have to make a new booking and pay for it again.
HOTEL & OTHER ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will meet you at the reception area. If the driver does not arrive within the designated pick up time given at the time of your booking confirmation or you are unable to locate the driver, please inform the reception staff at your hotel immediately. Call our staff at 095-417-6794 or 081-415-3549 for updated information. After the tour, you will be returned to your hotel by minibus.
Pick up and drop off times for tours depend on the number of passengers participating from different hotels. Mixed group tours where multiple hotel pick up stops are required may result in a delayed pick up or drop off schedule proposed for your hotel.
Please note that if the driver does show up in the designated time frame given but the guest does not, the driver has the right to wait for another 10 minutes max after the last time given and then leave if the customer does not show up. This is so the driver stays on schedule in respect for the other passengers waiting for their pick up. The guest will be considered a no show and guests will be charged the full amount that was paid for the booking.

The content, timing and order of scheduled activities as provided in the program itinerary are subject to change based on weather, sea and unforeseen conditions on the day of your tour.
